Within the Sales and Omni-Channel division which includes retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, this role focuses primarily on retail selling. The Client Advisor is the brand's frontline representative, guiding customers through their purchase experience by providing expert advice on style, product features, and the latest trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and assist clients throughout the buying process, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of the collection and present it according to the brand’s standards.

- Support store sales objectives and contribute to meeting targets.
