Overview
This role falls under the Sales job family, encompassing retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, with responsibilities to support store-level management and operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Support retail operations by coordinating store activities, maintaining inventory flow, and assisting with store projects such as schedule changes or renovations.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports on product performance, client engagement, and financial outcomes for Northern Europe stakeholders including Retail Managers, Finance Manager, and General Manager.
- Analyze client data at regional, country, and store levels to support Client Development and occasionally assist with event organization.
- Develop dashboards and presentations to offer insights to Northern Europe management and other internal teams.
- Document current business processes, contributing towards the identification and implementation of improvements.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to aid strategic decision-making.
- Participate actively in meetings and workshops, recording notes and action points.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to Retail Operations and Training teams, including coordinating training sessions and store manager meetings.
Candidate Profile
- Must be pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience within the luxury fashion domain is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet research tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and capacity to meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrates teamwork capabilities and effective interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and a proactive problem-solving approach.
