Role Overview
The Cleaning Specialist position is a full-time, on-location role based in Sharjah, responsible for executing varied cleaning duties across residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal aligned with safety and hygiene standards. The specialist will utilize appropriate cleaning tools and products tailored to different surfaces, ensuring all areas adhere to company quality and safety benchmarks, report maintenance concerns, follow supervisor schedules, and engage professionally with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, adhering to standardized procedures in offices and commercial settings.
- Competence in residential cleaning encompassing routine and deep cleaning of living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Expertise in cleaning windows to achieve clear, streak-free finishes for both interior and exterior glass.
- Ability to clean and maintain carpets through appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, safe handling protocols, and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethics, and capacity to follow instructions within defined standards.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Effective communication skills paired with a professional and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
