Role overview

Palm Beach County is hiring a Professional House Cleaner to provide home cleaning services at customer residences in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position is centered on delivering thorough, consistent results while following company-approved cleaning products and processes. A strong focus on detail, professionalism, and customer satisfaction is essential.

What you will do

  • Clean customer homes using the company’s designated cleaning solutions and step-by-step methods.
  • Refresh all areas and surfaces, including ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
  • Vacuum stairs, carpeting, hard floors, and furniture.
  • Relocate reasonably movable furniture so areas underneath and behind can be cleaned.
  • Transport cleaning supplies and equipment between the office, vehicle, and customer homes.
  • Help keep supplies replenished and equipment in good working condition.
  • Support a positive team environment by maintaining a pleasant attitude, wearing the uniform, being dependable, and arriving on time.

  • Ability to distinguish between different cleaning products and understand their proper use.
  • Comfort reading and following cleaning instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to work in homes that may contain pet hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Dependable transportation for travel between work locations.
  • Readiness for regular physical activity such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
