Cleaner/Housekeeper

About the Role

We are pleased to invite applications for a permanent Cleaner/Housekeeper position based at St Andrew's Academy, Barrhead Rd, Paisley PA2 7LG, within the Renfrewshire schools contract. This role entails working 15 hours per week during the shift from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with an hourly wage of £13.51.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard cleaning services in compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering necessary consumables.
• Operate cleaning machinery safely following training and guidelines.
• Maintain excellent service quality to ensure user satisfaction within the facility.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the contract.
• Contribute to local and corporate zero-carbon initiatives appropriately and strategically.

Requirements

• Exceptional organisational skills, responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong customer service abilities combined with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate with colleagues.
• Experience in the safe use of cleaning chemicals and machinery.
