Role overview
Broadstreet Properties is looking for a Cleaner to support the health, comfort, and day-to-day experience of tenants at Birch Hills Landing apartments in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment and contribute to the overall upkeep of the property. If you take pride in detailed cleaning work and enjoy making a visible difference, this position is a strong fit.
Key duties
- Keep building entrances and hallways clean and presentable.
- Carry out month-end deep cleaning tasks for appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms, and cupboards.
- Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to prepare cleaning estimates.
- Handle minor repair work when needed, including touch-up painting and changing lights.
- Help maintain the exterior of the building and surrounding areas.
- Take on additional tasks as needed.
What the employer is looking for
- Familiarity with a variety of cleaning products and how to use them safely and effectively.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness and ability to travel between sites when required.
Pay and benefits
Compensation starts at $18.40 to $23.00 per hour, with the exact rate based on your skills, education, and experience.
