Role Summary
Your fundamental responsibility is to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the pub, enhancing our customers' overall experience. The role involves thorough cleaning of all public and staff areas, supporting an inviting atmosphere.
Working Hours
The pub operates from early morning to late night, offering various flexible shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes. The current schedule involves working Monday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, totaling 12 hours per week.
Key Duties
- Ensure cleanliness across all zones, including customer seating areas, restrooms, bar, kitchen, staff rooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Execute scheduled cleaning tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by adhering to established procedures.
- Apply appropriate methods and precautions when handling cleaning agents and equipment.
- Monitor cleaning material inventory and inform management when resupply is required.
- Report any maintenance needs or pest control concerns promptly to the on-duty manager.
- Engage courteously with patrons through greetings and parting remarks.
- Participate in all required induction, role-specific training, and continuous upskilling initiatives.
