About the Role
Heights Christian Schools (HCS), a ministry with multiple campuses, is inviting applications for passionate teachers to join their team in a Christ-centered educational setting. The role involves designing engaging lesson plans that encourage academic achievements as well as spiritual growth of students in grades 5 to 8. Teachers will maintain a supportive classroom environment and collaborate with parents and other staff to foster student success.

Professional Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, with preference for those holding a teaching credential or actively pursuing one.
- A minimum of one year’s experience working with children is essential.
- Must obtain fingerprint clearance from state and federal authorities for working with minors.
- Basic computer skills including word processing, emails, spreadsheets, and internet navigation are necessary.
- Additional qualifications or experience may be considered as determined by school leadership.

Administrative Leadership

Additional Duties
- Attend and support school events such as Open House and Back to School nights.

- Carry out other duties as assigned by school leadership.
Compensation
The starting salary is $45,000 per year, adjustable based on experience.
