Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication with the outsourced team located in Rivervale, NJ to address and resolve issues and manage escalations.
- Manage internal and external escalations involving Service Partners, Field Operations, and the Accounts Receivable team.
- Review requested labor rates against contractual agreements and update new rates in the system accordingly.
- Assist in auditing warranty claims prior to closure to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Compile and handle large volumes of data extracted from internal systems.
- Generate ad hoc reports analyzing warranty trends, associated costs, and other relevant metrics.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise particularly in Excel, is required.
Compensation and Benefits
This contract position offers an hourly pay rate of $25.00. The role qualifies for overtime pay at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, subject to applicable state or local laws.
