The schedule follows a seven-day rotating shift pattern, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 am and 12:00 am. Weekend availability is required.

Key responsibilities

  • Check call reports for accuracy and completeness, confirm the call has been closed properly, and forward reports when required.
  • Deliver customer service that is prompt, personal, and consistently high in quality.
  • Arrange adjuster dispatches or vendor support when a claim situation calls for it.
  • Respond to branch questions and route them to the right internal team or contact.
  • Keep a record of service issues, track patterns or root causes, and share improvement ideas with management.
  • Assess claim details and decide the appropriate next step in line with client rules and service agreements.

  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • You should work well in a team and show a strong commitment to quality service.
  • Good planning, organization, and time management skills are required.
  • Sound judgment is needed to handle difficult customers, respond quickly to service needs, and seek feedback for service improvement.
