Role overview
ST Engineering is seeking a Claim Executive to join its eServ business in Singapore. This role sits within a global technology, defence and engineering group with a long operating history and a presence across multiple regions. The position is based at Digital Hub, Singapore.

What you will do
You will work with a team to handle claims quickly and accurately, while also making sure the data produced is reliable. The role also involves identifying issues, sharing improvement ideas for systems and operations, and supporting prompt recoveries when needed.
In this role, you will process medical, transport, dental and other miscellaneous claims according to client policies. You will make sure claims are approved correctly and within the required timelines before payment is made, and you will help resolve customer questions related to claims.
You will also coordinate with HR business partners to gather the information needed for benefits and entitlements, review and report data discrepancies, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency. In addition, you will keep payment records and archived files securely for audit purposes, and respond to employee and client queries by email in a clear, professional and customer-focused manner.
