Job Overview
We seek a seasoned Civil Site Engineer holding Dubai Municipality Approval for G+4 projects to manage construction activities related to villas and residential buildings. The role demands strict adherence to quality, safety standards, and project management excellence.
Requirements
- Must possess Dubai Municipality Approval for G+4 level construction projects.
- Between 5 to 7 years of experience working within the UAE on villa and residential building projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of structural work, finishing, and on-site supervision tasks.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Valid UAE driving license along with personal transport is necessary for site mobility.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly all-inclusive salary in the range of AED 6,000 to AED 8,000.
