ELVN Interiors is a dynamic company specializing in luxury fit-out projects. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to lead our fit-out and renovation assignments in Dubai, overseeing projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fit-out and renovation projects comprehensively from start through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and site supervisors to ensure project schedules are maintained.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring final snagging is completed effectively.
• Communicate with regulatory bodies such as Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and Nakheel to secure necessary approvals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience with fit-out, interior, or renovation projects within the UAE.
• Excellent communication skills including client interaction and on-site discussion capabilities.
• Familiarity with local authority approval procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera and AutoCAD software.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Dubai Municipality registration or a willingness to pursue it is a valuable asset.
