  • Training and development support

Perks of the Role

  • Work with a lively, collaborative, and professional team.
  • Make a real difference by coaching and mentoring children.
  • Help parents support their children’s growth in confidence, strength, and intelligence.
  • Enjoy scheduling flexibility, with both part-time and full-time style hours depending on studio needs.

Schedule

Classes usually take place on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and during evenings until 7:00 PM. Weekend sessions generally run from 8:00 AM through around noon. • Use the coach app to log attendance, awards, and other class data for families.
  • Stay in professional communication with teammates through the company messaging system and check messages regularly when away from the center.
  • Complete all required training and certification through the company’s training platform.

  • Working knowledge of physiology, exercise methods, and body mechanics is desired.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Strong communication skills that are positive, motivating, and professional are needed.
  • Self-driven and able to complete tasks independently.
  • Comfortable being in the spotlight and leading groups.
