About KidStrong

Scheduling can be flexible based on studio needs, and there may be additional hours available through private-party coaching. Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is considered an advantage, though it is not mandatory.

- Communicate professionally with teammates through Slack and check messages regularly when not in the center.
- Complete required training through FranConnect as directed by the HQ training and certification team.
- Work in a physically active environment, including moving throughout class, lifting, and handling equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Be comfortable with hands-on coaching to support correct technique and child safety.
- Help parents of children age three and under guide class flow and participation.
- Attend monthly programming meetings to learn the next month’s curriculum.
- Participate in any additional staff meetings required by the KidStrong Director.
- Learn and support Coach KidStrong Academy programming during school breaks such as winter and summer break.
- Complete the certification process required by the HQ training and certification team.
