Chief Transformation Officer / CGO (Growth)

Role Overview

Fosun is seeking a senior transformation leader to steer a company-wide growth and turnaround agenda in a luxury, fashion, or retail environment. The position focuses on reshaping operations, improving efficiency, and building the capabilities needed for long-term commercial growth while protecting the brand’s premium positioning.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage a three-year transformation plan with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Bring together workstreams across design, merchandising, retail, supply chain, finance, and HR to keep the transformation aligned.
• Lead initiatives to reduce costs, optimize the store network, and strengthen operational performance.
• Guide organizational change efforts and support workforce reshaping to match the transformation strategy.
• Set up and run a transformation PMO, including a red/yellow/green dashboard to monitor progress and flag risks in real time.
• Advance digital and omnichannel capabilities while preserving the luxury brand’s market position.

Experience and Background Needed

• At least 15 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in executive-level roles within luxury, fashion, or retail.
• A demonstrated history of leading major turnarounds or large-scale business transformation programs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience spanning areas such as operations, retail, supply chain, strategy, and related functions.
