Key responsibilities

• Set and steer the organization’s vision, strategy, and operating approach for AI, intelligence, product, and platform capabilities.
• Lead company-wide AI transformation efforts by identifying opportunities to improve client delivery, operational efficiency, and new product development.
• Develop, expand, and commercialize intelligence platforms, products, and methods that turn stakeholder and market data into actionable insights.
• Weave data-led intelligence capabilities into advisory services to strengthen decision-making and client results.
• Assess new technologies, AI tools, and data sources to uncover innovation opportunities and sources of competitive advantage.
• Act as a senior market-facing advisor who supports executive clients and converts complex analytics into strategic guidance.
• Build the organization’s external profile through thought leadership, industry participation, partnerships, and visibility in the market.
• Guide cross-functional teams spanning product, data science, engineering, research, and analytics to deliver scalable intelligence solutions.
• Direct transformation programs, including the adoption of AI-powered tools and updated operating models.
• Work with senior leadership to ensure intelligence capabilities support long-term commercial growth and broader strategic objectives.

Candidate profile

• Substantial leadership experience building and scaling multidisciplinary teams across product, data science, engineering, analytics, and research.
• Demonstrated profit-and-loss ownership at scale, ideally at $50M+ level, with proven results in revenue growth and operational performance.
• Strong background in AI transformation, analytics, and technology-enabled business model innovation.
• Proven ability to convert data, intelligence, and emerging technologies into scalable commercial products or services.
• Experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives in AI, data, or digital innovation settings.
• Solid understanding of how AI and data-driven insights can be embedded in advisory, consulting, or professional services environments.
• Executive-level communication and influencing skills, including the ability to engage CEOs and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate market shifts and design future-focused technology and product strategies.
• Entrepreneurial leadership style with experience creating and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Recognized thought leadership or industry visibility in AI, analytics, intelligence, or product innovation is strongly preferred.

• Annual base salary range of $450,000 to $500,000.
