About FleetPartners
FleetPartners is a publicly listed company on the ASX and a major provider of fleet leasing, fleet management and novated leasing services across Australia and New Zealand. The business supports organisations and individuals with vehicle solutions that are designed to be smarter, more cost-effective and more sustainable.
The company is in a period of evolution, with active investment in modern platforms and a refreshed approach to mobility, leasing and fleet solutions across AU and NZ. As the organisation grows and looks for new opportunities, it is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to help define what comes next.
Role overview
This is a hands-on strategy leadership position with real scope to shape the future of the business. It is intended for someone who wants to build, influence and accelerate strategic change rather than simply maintain existing plans.
As Chief Strategy Officer, you will act as a key architect of FleetPartners’ long-term direction, working closely with the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team to set priorities and convert ideas into execution.
Key accountabilities
- Set and advance the long-range vision and strategic agenda for the business across Australia and New Zealand.
- Spot, evaluate and develop new growth opportunities, strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives that add value.
- Turn strategic plans into practical execution through strong governance, operating frameworks and decision-making structure.
- Use data and commercial insight to support investment choices, partnership decisions and innovation planning.
The role suits a leader who is comfortable working through complexity and can move strategy from concept to delivery.
What you bring
- Substantial background in enterprise strategy, corporate development or large-scale transformation.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering strategy within complex environments.
- Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to challenge, influence and motivate stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while creating clarity for others.
- A collaborative leadership approach that brings teams and leaders with you.
- Genuine interest in innovation, customer value and future-focused thinking.
What’s on offer
- The chance to sit on the executive leadership team and directly shape the company’s future.
- A leadership role at a time of significant organisational transformation.
- A trusted environment where bold, thoughtful thinking is welcomed and valued.
- Competitive executive pay with long-term incentive arrangements.
- An opportunity to influence the future of mobility and fleet solutions across ANZ.
Benefits and working environment
FleetPartners offers a strong employee-focused culture, including hybrid work flexibility, generous leave and wellbeing support. The package includes up to 27 days of annual leave, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, and access to a range of wellbeing and lifestyle programs that support life at work and beyond.
Inclusion and workplace commitment
The company is committed to an inclusive workplace where people feel respected, supported and able to thrive. It is recognised by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and accredited by WORK180 for its support of women building long-term careers, including being named one of the Top 101 Workplaces for Women 2025.
FleetPartners is also progressing its Innovate RAP to strengthen partnerships and create meaningful opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Candidates from all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences are encouraged to apply, and support is available for access requirements or recruitment adjustments.
