Job description

Overview

An innovative engineering technology company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to guide its next phase of expansion across North America. The organisation has an established global presence and is focused on long-term, sustainable growth, with a stronger commercial leadership structure being built to support this stage of development.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this role will influence the commercial direction of the North American business, deepen customer relationships, strengthen the leadership bench, and contribute to the company’s broader long-term vision.

The opportunity

This position offers a high-impact leadership role with clear scope to shape business outcomes and influence future direction. You will partner with teams across the organisation to drive growth, improve alignment, and reinforce a culture that values customers, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

  • Set and execute the commercial plan for North America.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Coach, support, and develop an experienced commercial team.
  • Spot and pursue avenues for durable, sustainable growth.
  • Work with global leaders to ensure regional priorities stay aligned with international goals.
  • Promote a team culture built around collaboration, customer centricity, and continuous improvement.

About you

The ideal candidate is a commercially strong leader with strategic judgement and a collaborative leadership approach. Backgrounds in mining, industrial technology, engineering, OEM, process equipment, or closely related industries would be especially relevant.

Experience leading commercial teams in North America, building trusted B2B partnerships in complex environments, and delivering growth through strategic sales and relationship management would all be valuable. You should also be comfortable developing inclusive teams where people are empowered to perform at their best.

Most importantly, this role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, developing talent, and contributing to lasting success for customers, colleagues, and the wider business.

Why this role may appeal

  • Become part of a growing international business with a well-defined long-term plan.
  • Have a real say in the direction of the North American operation.
  • Join an executive team that prioritises collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Benefit from the speed and visibility of a privately owned company where decisions can be made quickly and ideas are heard.
  • Lead within an organisation that is investing in its people, customers, and future growth.
