Job description

Overview

The Chief Product Officer will play a pivotal role in directing the company's product strategy as software adoption becomes the primary driver of value. You'll lead the product vision, influencing the company’s path positively over the next 18 to 24 months.

Team and Culture

You will be part of a results-focused leadership team that values measurable impact rather than sheer output. Your main collaborators include the CEO, CTO, and CRO, engaging in fast and iterative teamwork. The work environment promotes strong viewpoints combined with humility and collective ownership for the best solutions.

Success Metrics

  • By six months, align the team on clear outcomes that emphasize shipping products and defining measurable success criteria.
  • Establish an evidence-based product direction supported by management and demonstrate progress in product adoption.
  • After one year, refine the product-market fit in the mid-market segment and accelerate development cadence using smarter AI integration and streamlined planning.
  • Ensure all product initiatives are data-backed and recognized as key contributors to growth, adoption, and profitability.

Development Opportunities

  • This role represents a significant C-level advancement within a profitable SaaS scale-up, with growth potential based on clear business results.
  • Gain direct insights from interactions across more than 11,000 customers, the sales team, and market feedback.
  • Obtain early involvement in potential private equity or strategic exit processes with mentorship from CEO, CTO, and CRO through daily collaboration.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in product management with an entrepreneurial and truth-driven approach.
  • Strong expertise in data-informed prioritization and constructing sound business cases for products.
  • Confidence in engaging in fact-based discussions focused on optimal company outcomes.
  • Customer-centric mindset shaping product roadmaps from inception.
  • Comfortable with iterative development alongside engineering teams with minimal process overhead.
  • Discipline to maintain focus and shield the business from distractions.
  • Experience in pre-exit or rapid-growth SaaS environments is considered advantageous.

Additional Information

If you are driven by meaningful product ownership, commercial impact, and eager to influence a profitable SaaS company at a critical juncture, this opportunity is for you.
