Role overview

What you will do

• Prepare updates for the CEO and executive leadership covering product progress, initiatives, and results.
• Share product strategy and achievements with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related area is required; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Applicants should bring proven experience in a CPO role or another senior product leadership position, with a strong record in product strategy and management.
• Strong understanding of product development workflows, market analysis, and customer insight gathering is needed.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build collaboration, and inspire product groups.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong strategic judgment and problem-solving ability, with an emphasis on innovation and business results.
• Experience in financial planning and budget oversight is important.
• Working knowledge of product marketing and go-to-market planning is expected.
