About the role
Lovely Meds is looking for a forward-thinking Chief Product Officer to take charge of its global product function and define the next phase of product innovation. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, this leader will own the product vision, steer the innovation agenda, manage the full product lifecycle, and ensure every product creates strong customer value while contributing to sustained business growth.
This role suits a senior executive who has repeatedly built effective product organizations, launched successful offerings, and led cross-functional teams in demanding, fast-scaling environments.
Product vision and corporate strategy
- Create and put into action the company’s long-range product direction, strategy, and innovation roadmap.
- Ensure product plans are tightly connected to business goals, market opportunities, and customer expectations.
- Track new market shifts, customer needs, and competitive openings.
- Guide investment choices and product portfolio priorities to deliver the highest business impact.
- Sponsor innovation efforts that improve the company’s competitive standing.
Product leadership
- Oversee worldwide teams across Product Management, Product Operations, User Experience, and Product Strategy.
- Set up governance, standards, and repeatable frameworks for product development.
- Grow a high-performing product organization that can keep pace with rapid expansion.
- Encourage a culture built on innovation, teamwork, ownership, and ongoing improvement.
Product development and lifecycle management
- Direct the entire product journey, from research and concept creation through launch, refinement, and retirement.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver products successfully.
- Rank product initiatives according to customer value, strategic fit, and business impact.
- Make sure products meet expectations for quality, usability, scale, and performance.
Market intelligence and customer insights
- Use market research, customer conversations, and competitor analysis to shape customer-led product decisions.
- Turn user feedback and market movements into product direction and feature planning.
- Keep an eye on emerging technologies and industry developments to spot future opportunities.
- Build business cases for new products, partnerships, and expansion plans.
Business performance and product analytics
- Set product success measures and track key performance indicators.
- Evaluate adoption, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, and profitability for products.
- Use data-led insights to improve product investments and business results.
- Present product performance updates, strategic priorities, and innovation plans to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Executive leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Work in close partnership with leaders in Technology, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Keep product strategy aligned with broader business priorities across the company.
- Represent the business in executive forums, customer meetings, investor presentations, and industry events.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
- An MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 20 years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or product development.
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience managing global product organizations.
- Strong record of launching and growing innovative products in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of product management methods, customer experience, digital transformation, and business strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional groups in complex, high-growth organizations.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical judgment and strategic decision-making ability.
