Role Overview
This opportunity is for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to guide the next phase of growth for a multi-location healthcare services business. The organization is expanding quickly and is focused on strengthening its operational footprint across the Southwest United States.
What You Will Lead
The role is centered on building scalable operating systems, creating KPI frameworks, and developing dashboards that help track performance through core business metrics. You will help shape the company’s operating model as it grows in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Leadership Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive operator with direct experience in multi-unit healthcare services and a strong background working closely with healthcare providers. This person should be comfortable taking a hands-on approach, communicating effectively with stakeholders at every level, and putting consistent standards and best practices into place.
Decision-Making Scope
Success in this position requires the ability to make both tactical and strategic decisions at the top leadership level. Prior experience supporting a growth platform through acquisitions or organic expansion projects would be a strong advantage.
