Chief of Staff

Overview

Gateworth Group is assisting a family-owned client's group in their search for a Chief of Staff to operate at a corporate level with oversight over a broad portfolio of operations and markets. This vital role will act as the primary support to the Principal & CEO, involving strategic collaboration, KPI and performance evaluation, financial reporting, and governance management.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure robust accountability systems and business performance measurements are implemented across the organization to maintain operational continuity, process efficiency, and commercial oversight covering both internal units and external stakeholders.
• Manage event coordination and logistical support tasks while collaborating with HR to develop and enforce cohesive company policies.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to establish consistent reporting frameworks and tools that deliver insightful performance reporting, KPI analysis, and commentary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Finance and operations expertise with strong commercial insight, capable of providing strategic and operational support across a multi-company structure, especially within real estate and investment sectors.
• Proven experience within the UAE market, adept at stakeholder communication across departments to deliver meaningful value through the role.
• Advanced analytical skillset focused on Excel-based reporting tools and Management Information Systems (MIS) for strategic financial assessments at corporate and project levels.
• Understanding of HR policies, operational workflows, and corporate governance to effectively support existing management and teams within the organizational structure.

Compensation and Location

The role offers a monthly remuneration of AED 40,000 to 45,000, along with variable pay and statutory benefits, based in Dubai, UAE.
