Job description

About Enterpret

Enterpret develops a unified platform that consolidates customer feedback from all channels into one organized, real-time source, enabling leading product development teams to comprehend their customers’ needs clearly. We tackle intricate challenges in areas such as natural language processing, serverless architecture, and analytics, driven by first-principles thinking.

Supported by investors like Peak XV, Canaan Partners, and Kleiner Perkins, our solutions are trusted by prominent product teams including Notion, Canva, ElevenLabs, Apollo, Flow, Descript, Samsung, Western Union, Fanatics, Atlassian, Ancestry, and The Farmer's Dog. We value individuals who are resourceful, excel in uncertainty, and exhibit strong ownership.

Role Overview

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and founding members as their trusted representative, managing decisions, transforming CEO priorities into actionable projects with defined owners and deadlines.
  • Manage the CEO's focus by filtering important matters and handling less critical tasks, preparing the CEO for board meetings, investor discussions, and crucial decisions.
  • Oversee finance-related operational tasks such as vendor selections, budget monitoring, cost-conscious prioritization, and analyses to aid the CEO's decision-making.
  • Coordinate the company’s operational cadence, including leadership meetings, weekly business updates, and planning cycles by setting agendas, presenting relevant data, and ensuring decisions are followed through.
  • Independently manage complex operational initiatives related to personnel, processes, finances, and vendor interactions to relieve the CEO's workload.
  • Create analytical reports and narratives to support strategic decisions, including drafting strategy memoranda, board and investor presentations, and company-wide communications grounded in data.
  • Leverage modern AI tools to research, draft, model, and automate tasks, while promoting AI-enabled workflows within the leadership team as the company scales.
  • Engage in initial sales calls to gain commercial experience by understanding the ideal customer profile, pain points, and Enterpret’s competitive advantages to drive ARR growth.
  • Temporarily lead priority cross-functional initiatives interfacing across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to bridge strategy and execution gaps.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years in high-impact roles such as startup operations, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or strategy/business operations handling ambiguous, high-stakes tasks end-to-end.
  • Strong preference for candidates with early-stage startup operational experience; founder experience is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to independently define and implement systems or solutions that the team depends upon.
  • Advanced analytical skills and data fluency, proficient with spreadsheets, financial modeling, and data-driven reasoning; native usage of AI tools to optimize work efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to produce succinct memos and represent the CEO in meetings.
  • Commercially driven and passionate about customers, comfortable taking sales calls and quickly mastering product knowledge to inform business growth.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating across departments and gaining trust without formal authority.
  • Motivated by cultivating company culture through rituals, operating rhythms, communication, and consistent execution.
  • High sense of ownership, sound judgment with sensitive information, and enthusiasm for navigating startup ambiguity and diverse responsibilities.

Why Join Enterpret?

  • High influence by working alongside the CEO on key strategic decisions that grow the business.
  • Full responsibility from start to finish for initiatives and their outcomes.
  • Diverse challenges spanning strategy, market approach, operations, and analytics.
  • Opportunities for career growth and progression into functional leadership roles.
  • A collaborative, open culture that values autonomy and shared values.
  • Competitive compensation including salary, equity, hybrid work flexibility, premium healthcare, and more.
