Role Summary
The Chief of Staff position is a pivotal, high-trust role reporting to the Chief People and Administration Officer. The individual will partner with the executive leadership team to translate priorities into effective organizational actions. Responsibilities include managing the executive operating system, supporting business reviews and planning, enhancing company communication, and leading cross-functional projects.
Key Duties
- Advise the Chief People and Administration Officer, CEO, and senior leaders with insightful analysis and business judgment.
- Manage the end-to-end Board operating cadence, from timelines to secure material distribution.
- Coordinate and synthesize Board materials ensuring clarity, quality, and preparedness for review.
- Steer the executive operating system covering initiative accountability, leadership follow-through, and planning cycles.
- Foster strategic alignment across teams by connecting priorities, identifying trade-offs, and focusing on critical outcomes.
- Proactively prepare decision frameworks and enable swift, informed executive decisions.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional projects, adapting between strategic insight, program management, and implementation.
- Develop and expand operational rhythms, processes, and communication mechanisms to boost execution.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships to enhance collaboration and organizational effectiveness.
- Amplify the executive team's impact by reducing barriers, increasing visibility, and promoting a positive and efficient working environment.
- Represent the executive team to communicate priorities and decisions clearly to the broader company.
- Create and lead focused internal groups to address urgent business priorities requiring coordinated action.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of eight years' experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, program leadership, or chief of staff roles, particularly in scaling organizations.
- Expertise advising senior leadership with data-driven, context-aware decision-making under uncertainty.
- Strong operational proficiency to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Outstanding analytical skills capable of dissecting complex issues and translating insights into impactful actions.
- Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives and maintaining momentum across stakeholders.
- Trusted for discretion and mature judgment with sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate executive viewpoints tailored to diverse audiences.
- Highly disciplined program management with a proactive approach to accountability and delivery.
- Adept at thriving in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

- Competitive salary range from $200,000 to $275,000 base, supplemented with bonuses and equity participation.
