Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will ensure the company's top priorities remain on track and that the CEO and senior leadership team are thoroughly prepared for critical engagements. This role acts as a trusted partner, managing complex objectives and driving results through influence rather than direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CEO's operating rhythm and enhance meeting preparation efforts.
• Prepare the CEO for important internal and external meetings, including those with the board, customers, and partners.
• Develop and manage pre-reading materials, agendas, and decision memos by synthesizing key data for decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end high-priority cross-functional programs such as integrations, product launches, and market strategies.
• Manage ambiguous and unstructured initiatives towards successful completion.
• Ensure project teams remain aligned with deadlines through structured oversight and coordination.
• Identify and communicate operational risks early to prevent delays in critical milestones.
• Drive major transformation initiatives spanning AI business units, various departments, and teams across the US and India.
• Translate company-level objectives and key results (OKRs) into concrete, accountable program plans.

Required Qualifications

• Between three to eight years of experience in management consulting.
• Preferably with prior in-house experience at a healthcare company.
