Candidate Requirements
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in a leading consulting firm or an equally impactful operational role.
- Proven track record of independently addressing ambiguous challenges and delivering completed projects.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, analytical processes, or operational workflows.
- Strong analytical capabilities with comfort in handling business metrics, financial information, and operational modeling.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and brevity.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive ownership mindset focused on action and completion.
- Skilled at balancing detailed execution tasks with strategic project oversight.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range from 135000 to 170000 Canadian dollars, dependent on experience, education, location, and skills.
