• Develop staffing and capacity models to aid in resource planning across delivery teams.
• Support executives by producing concise analyses, strategic summaries, and actionable recommendations.

• Utilize AI technologies to streamline research, analysis, workflow, and business results.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in a leading consulting firm or an equally impactful operational role.
• Proven track record of independently addressing ambiguous challenges and delivering completed projects.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, analytical processes, or operational workflows.
• Strong analytical capabilities with comfort in handling business metrics, financial information, and operational modeling.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and brevity.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive ownership mindset focused on action and completion.
• Skilled at balancing detailed execution tasks with strategic project oversight.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from 135000 to 170000 Canadian dollars, dependent on experience, education, location, and skills.
