The organization focuses on Maximizing Athletes' Development and Exposure, hosting over 100 basketball events yearly across various age groups from middle school to high school. Their alumni include numerous McDonald's All-Americans, NCAA athletes, and NBA players. Beyond events, MADE Hoops manages a commercial division encompassing merchandise sales, brand partnerships, housing, scouting, content creation, and digital marketing.

Program Details and Responsibilities

This part-time role, running September through November 2026 with approximately 20 hours per week, offers remote work with occasional travel to camp sites. The position provides college credit for students and is unpaid for recent graduates. The assistant will work closely with the Chief of Staff, assisting with strategic company-wide initiatives and daily operational tasks. Responsibilities include research, improving processes, supporting administrative needs, coordinating projects, taking minutes, organizing the Chief of Staff's Monday Board, scheduling meetings and reminders for key projects, and handling various tasks as they arise.
