About the Role
Carers and Disability Link (CADL) invites applications for the position of Plan Manager. This role involves collaborating closely with NDIS participants, service providers, and team members to deliver tailored, reliable, and professional Plan Management services aimed at maximizing participants' use of their NDIS plans.
Work Locations and Schedule
The position can be based in Woodside, Nuriootpa, Clare, or Kadina with a working roster structured around a nine-day fortnight.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Handle administrative duties effectively while providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate strong numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit superior communication and organizational capabilities.
- Maintain the ability to work autonomously yet contribute positively within a team setting.
While prior experience in NDIS Plan Management is considered advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates who possess the essential skills, show eagerness to learn, and are committed to delivering exceptional service are encouraged to apply.
