Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the COO and executive team, bridging strategy, operations, market outreach, and people functions. This position demands a versatile, high-output generalist who can seamlessly navigate from broad strategic vision to detailed execution. The role involves maintaining alignment within the leadership team, advancing company priorities, and refining operational rhythms as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a critical liaison for the COO and executive team, translating strategic goals into actionable plans and ensuring full execution.
• Oversee and optimize the company's meeting structures including leadership sessions, all-hands, and quarterly strategic planning cycles.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives that span Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations, managing projects from conception through delivery.
• Develop comprehensive board and investor presentations and maintain clear executive communications.
• Collaborate on defining company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs), monitoring progress, and identifying areas needing corrective action.
• Spot organizational inefficiencies and develop new structures or processes to address them.

• Comfortable navigating uncertain environments and adept at creating order where none currently exists.

Required Qualifications

• At least four years experience in high-responsibility roles such as management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, or prior Chief of Staff positions.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing data to guide strategic decisions.
• Experience coordinating among various stakeholders including executives, engineering teams, and commercial or field personnel.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to distill complex information for executive and board audiences.
• Proficient in balancing long-term strategic planning with detailed day-to-day execution.
• Experience in early or growth-stage startups is highly advantageous.
