Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to convert strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear milestones and measurable results.
• Drive critical cross-departmental projects spanning commercial operations, finance, branding, and human resources.
• Establish and maintain an efficient operational rhythm, including weekly progress evaluations, monthly business reviews, and quarterly strategic planning.
• Provide transparency on performance metrics, risks, dependencies, and escalate decisions when necessary.
• Support business leaders in effective problem-solving beyond mere issue reporting.
• Constructively question assumptions to identify challenges early and clarify necessary trade-offs.
• Enhance accountability frameworks without burdening the organization with excessive bureaucracy.
