Role Overview

The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Chairman & Managing Director in Gurugram will act as a vital strategic partner and trusted advisor. This executive leader steers the Chairman's agenda throughout the company by ensuring alignment across divisions, supervising enterprise performance, and guiding key strategic efforts. The position demands exceptional leadership and expertise in strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement to drive organizational transformation and governance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as the chief connection between the Chairman and business units, aligning priorities and assuring timely execution.
• Implement the Chairman’s strategic plans, national missions, and organizational initiatives by translating goals into clear action steps and performance indicators.
• Lead critical projects such as mergers, partnerships, joint ventures, and new ventures.
• Track company-wide KPIs, lead business reviews with senior teams, identify risks and opportunities, and propose solutions to top leadership.
• Arrange and manage high-level meetings including Board, investor, and CXO sessions, preparing agendas and follow-ups, and representing the Chairman as needed.
• Oversee advancement of national programs like 1 Panchayat – 1 Drone Udhami, Drone City Projects, international expansion, technology parks, and cooperative societies.
• Cultivate relationships with government agencies, investors, industry groups, and strategic collaborators to support policy efforts, regulatory affairs, fundraising, and strategic communications.
• Supervise the Project Management Office ensuring cross-functional delivery and lead business transformation initiatives enhancing governance, efficiency, and performance.
• Align B2C, B2B, and B2G units to meet overall corporate objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in strategic roles encompassing consulting, operations, corporate planning, PMO, or executive support.
• Proven track record collaborating with senior executives, CXOs, Board members, or founders.
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate strategy, financial oversight, business planning, and performance management.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects and high-impact initiatives.
• Experience in government relations, investor relations, fundraising, or policy advocacy is advantageous.
