Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive the company’s critical strategic projects, enhance operational efficiency, and amplify the CEO's impact. This position provides broad exposure across the organization as well as interactions with investors, regulators, financial institutions, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end.
• Analyze performance data to uncover key drivers and establish consistent reporting routines.
• Identify and steer key strategic transformation projects.
• Collaborate with teams company-wide to overcome complex challenges and maximize impact.
• Support CEO preparation for meetings with regulators, investors, board members, and employee groups.
• Create and distribute major internal and external communications.
• Act as a representative of the CEO within the organization and in external forums.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience at leading investment banks or consulting firms, ideally with additional experience at a growth-stage tech or regulated financial services company.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a proven ability to influence and build consensus to achieve results.
• Capable of managing and delivering on multiple complex, high-impact projects concurrently.
• Highly self-motivated, able to take initiative and resolve difficult challenges independently.
• Exceptional project management and operational skills, with a persistent focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable giving constructive feedback.
• Willing and able to travel frequently as required.
