Role overview

This opportunity is with a leading B2B SaaS business that is looking to hire a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. The role is designed for a commercially sharp operator who can act as a trusted partner to the CEO, support decision-making, and help accelerate growth across Southeast Asia. You will contribute to market strategy, spot new business opportunities, and support the development of merchant-focused SaaS products while bringing real-time insight into the region’s fast-changing digital environment.

What you will do

You will work side by side with the CEO to shape growth and business plans across Southeast Asia, with a particular emphasis on B2B SaaS and digital transformation. The role involves leading market and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities to grow merchant acquisition and expand the product offering, helping steer pricing and commercial direction, and collaborating across Product, Technology, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to turn strategy into action.

What we are looking for

The preferred candidate will be both strategic and execution-oriented, with strong experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or closely related sectors. A solid grasp of the Southeast Asian market is important, along with strong commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and the confidence to influence senior decision-makers. Prior exposure to working closely with founders or C-suite executives, or experience in the regional business landscape, will be a strong advantage.
