Key Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic thought partner to the Founder.
• Lead and advance the company’s most critical projects and priorities.
• Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and routines to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Utilize data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to improve decision-making capabilities.
• Oversee and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.
• Assist with fundraising activities, preparation for Board meetings, and communications with investors.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analyses, and gather consumer insights.
• Create and integrate AI-powered workflows to boost efficiency and speed throughout all company functions.
• Identify, deploy, and manage cutting-edge AI platforms, agents, and automation tools spanning sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, recruitment, and customer service operations.
• Contribute to hiring top-tier talent for the organization.

Candidate Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth startups, professional sports, or elite sports/talent agencies.
• Proven expertise in applying AI technologies to address business challenges, enhance productivity, and speed up execution.
• Advanced knowledge of leading AI platforms and tools.
• Preferred experience designing AI workflows, developing prompt libraries, creating automations, or building AI agents.
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Financial modeling skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
