  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with strong discretion and sound decision-making.
  • Build, delegate, and track projects across the team while monitoring daily workload.
  • Oversee complex calendar management for both personal and business commitments, including scheduling, coordination, confirmations, and communication with household and office staff.
  • Route mail, email, and other communications to the correct internal or business contacts.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, transportation, dining reservations, packing support, events, and personal/social itineraries.
  • Manage residence and office needs, including buying and restocking kitchen, household, toiletry, and back-stock items.
  • Take on special assignments that may involve detailed and extensive research.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be able to share SAT and/or ACT scores to be considered.
  • At least five years of experience supporting senior executives is strongly preferred.
  • You should be a collaborative team member who can also work very effectively without supervision.
  • Strong leadership ability, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to inspire and guide others are important.
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience.
