Role Overview

As Chief of Staff, you will collaborate directly with the CEO to advance the company's critical initiatives, ensuring efficient and successful execution. Your responsibilities encompass managing cross-functional projects, converting vague objectives into actionable plans and tangible results, preparing key presentations for stakeholders, and establishing operational routines that keep the organization coordinated amid rapid growth.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in roles involving significant responsibility, including operations, consulting, banking, or early-stage startups
• Versatility to move seamlessly between strategy development, execution phases, and handling intricate details without losing momentum
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong written communication skills
• Proven ability to take full ownership, work independently amidst uncertainty, and exercise sound judgment when handling confidential information
• Comfort collaborating closely with company founders
