Role Overview
As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the founders and take ownership of a broad mix of search delivery, AI-related initiatives, client-facing materials, event support, and day-to-day operations. The role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys switching between strategic and hands-on tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with senior candidates, support sourcing efforts, and build longlists for active private equity mandates.
- Contribute to the development of AI capabilities, including agent-based workflows and sourcing automation, while independently driving strategic workstreams.
- Create polished PowerPoint decks and supporting materials for private equity clients and portfolio companies.
- Help organize client events, roundtables, and brand-building activities.
- Handle operational tasks such as travel coordination, expense management, and invoicing to keep the founders focused on core priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- A highly proactive person with strong ownership and the ability to move topics forward without close supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior executives and private equity partners in both German and English.
- Strong command of PowerPoint and a curious, hands-on approach to using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- An organized working style with the ability to manage several parallel projects and maintain quality under pressure.
