An exceptional opportunity awaits for a senior strategic leader to join a prominent professional services firm for a fixed-term maternity cover contract in Dublin. Collaborating closely with the Consulting leadership team, you will be instrumental in advancing the company's growth strategy and facilitating strategic transformation initiatives throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage critical strategic initiatives to drive business objectives.
• Coordinate and execute go-to-market campaigns effectively.
• Improve reporting frameworks and strengthen governance processes.
• Oversee communications and promote change management activities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior partners and leadership teams.

Candidate Profile

• Possess senior-level experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Demonstrate robust stakeholder management skills with credibility at partner level.
• Exhibit a strong commercial acumen paired with excellent judgment and influencing capabilities.
• Be a proactive and well-organized professional thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Preferably based in Dublin, comfortable with a hybrid work setup, usually three days onsite.
