Chief of Staff

Position Overview

Join as the Chief of Staff working closely with the CEO and CFO to amplify their impact by transforming executive goals into actionable results. This role is vital for driving key strategic initiatives, managing leadership operations, and ensuring top priorities receive focused attention. You'll operate at the crossroads of strategy, finance, and operations, gaining insight across the entire organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic projects from initiation to completion by translating ambiguous mandates from executive leadership into concrete outcomes.
• Manage the executive operational rhythm, including scheduling leadership meetings, overseeing planning activities, tracking OKRs, and ensuring completion of decisions and action plans.
• Gather and condense diverse company information into clear, concise presentations and reports for the CEO and CFO, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Coordinate collaboration between engineering, product development, go-to-market teams, and partnerships to preempt and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Assist finance and corporate functions by supporting the CFO with investor relations, board communications, financial modeling, and maintaining narratives that withstand thorough institutional review.
• Represent and act as a trusted delegate for the CEO and CFO in various meetings and projects, consistently managing confidential matters with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or comparable rigorous fields such as strategy or corporate development; this is an essential criterion.
• An MBA is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude with proficiency in financial analysis, operational workflows, and managing challenging conversations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, skilled at simplifying complex information.
• Proactive, with strong initiative and humility, capable of driving results without formal authority and safeguarding sensitive information.
• Located in or open to relocating to Singapore, with readiness for travel among three regional hubs.
