Role Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer will lead marketing, customer engagement, brand direction, and digital transformation across the Group and all business units. Reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, this leader will be responsible for accelerating growth through data-driven marketing, artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and integrated commercial planning. The role focuses on expanding market presence, improving lead generation, strengthening customer experience, and creating a modern marketing ecosystem powered by emerging technology.
Key Responsibilities
As the senior marketing executive, the CMO will shape strategy, oversee execution, and build scalable capabilities across the organization.
- Design and roll out an integrated marketing plan aligned to Group business objectives and growth targets.
- Increase revenue through stronger lead generation, customer acquisition, and commercial alignment.
- Set Group-wide brand rules, marketing standards, and governance practices.
- Work with business leaders to support sales growth and expansion into new markets.
- Develop competitive insights and market intelligence to guide positioning and growth decisions.
- Lead the transition to digital-first marketing across all business units.
- Build AI-driven marketing capabilities such as predictive analytics, personalization, customer segmentation, and automation.
- Champion the use of generative AI and smart content tools to improve campaign quality and efficiency.
- Implement AI-enabled CRM, engagement platforms, and journey optimization initiatives.
- Identify and adopt emerging technologies that improve marketing performance and customer experience.
- Create an integrated customer lifecycle strategy covering acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Own CRM transformation and marketing automation efforts.
- Improve experiences across both digital and physical customer touchpoints.
- Use customer data and behavior insights to optimize conversion funnels.
- Define and manage Group brand architecture and market positioning.
- Maintain consistent brand expression across all subsidiaries.

- Lead performance marketing across paid media, SEO, SEM, social platforms, websites, mobile apps, and other digital channels.

- Track and improve CAC, ROAS, marketing ROI, website performance, and app performance through analytics and experimentation.
- Build scalable digital ecosystems that support business growth.
- Set up marketing analytics and business intelligence functions.
- Create executive dashboards to monitor marketing performance.
- Apply AI and predictive analytics to support better decisions.
- Drive innovation initiatives that improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Encourage testing, learning, and continuous optimization across the marketing function.
- Build and manage a high-performing Group marketing team.
- Develop capability-building, succession, and leadership pipeline plans.
- Put in place policies, processes, governance, and performance standards.
- Manage agencies, technology partners, and strategic alliances.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
Professional certifications are preferred in areas such as CIM, DMI, Google Marketing Platform, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, AI in Marketing, Marketing Automation, and CRM platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot.
The role calls for at least 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including a minimum of 7 years in an executive marketing leadership position. Experience in diversified groups, conglomerates, or multinational organizations is important. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in digital transformation, AI-enabled marketing, customer experience, CRM, branding, and commercial growth, along with the ability to scale marketing functions across multiple industries and business units.

Authority and Reporting
The Chief Marketing Officer is empowered to define the Group’s marketing strategy, digital transformation roadmap, AI-led marketing programs, brand governance, customer experience strategy, CRM frameworks, martech ecosystem, and corporate communications direction. The role acts as the principal advisor to senior leadership on market positioning, digital innovation, customer growth, and commercial marketing strategy, while leading the organization’s shift toward a digitally enabled, AI-driven marketing model.
