Role Overview
The Chief HR Officer position at LenDR Consulting is a full-time opportunity that operates remotely. The role entails leading the entire human resources function, inclusive of strategic HR planning and operational management. Key duties involve crafting and enforcing HR policies, managing talent acquisition processes, cultivating employee engagement, overseeing performance management systems, and facilitating workforce planning to align with company growth and culture objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute HR frameworks and programs that support company-wide initiatives.
- Advise executive leadership on employee-related matters and strategic workforce decisions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
- Manage and promote inclusive HR initiatives that support equity and employee well-being.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure HR objectives align with LenDR's business goals.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to continuously refine HR processes such as onboarding, development, and succession planning.
- Lead HR staff and oversee vendor relationships and HR system management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees across all organizational levels.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive experience in HR operations, including strategic planning and administration.
- Proven track record in policy creation and ensuring multi-jurisdictional legal compliance.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations, conflict management, and engagement strategies.
- Deep knowledge of talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, and career planning.
- Expertise in performance management systems, including setting goals and conducting reviews.
- Demonstrated leadership in senior HR roles, especially within consulting or professional service environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, effective at executive and board levels.
- Proficiency in managing remote teams and leveraging digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline; possessing advanced qualifications or certifications like SHRM-SCP or SPHR is advantageous.
- A committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience in implementing inclusive HR policies and initiatives.
