Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to spearhead financial strategy and oversight at a leading printing and publishing company based in Mumbai, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and advise on corporate financial strategy and matters.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, profitability analysis, cash flow monitoring, and working capital management.
- Lead treasury functions, banking relationships, capital raising, and hedging activities.
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and compliance.
- Handle taxation and regulatory obligations.
- Lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives and IPO preparation processes.
- Drive digital transformation efforts including ERP implementation.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- Possess 20 to 25 years of relevant experience with at least 8 to 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management within manufacturing sectors.
- Proven team leadership capabilities.
