About The Role
Join an established global product and distribution business as it embarks on an exciting growth phase. The leadership team is searching for a commercially savvy Chief Financial Officer to lead Finance, Commercial, and IT functions, shaping key strategic decisions and capital allocation. This executive position reports directly to the CEO and board and forms a critical part of the Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Finance, Commercial, and IT departments fully.
- Manage multi-market profit and loss responsibilities across three regions.
- Drive the company’s aggressive growth plans, including ongoing and anticipated mergers and acquisitions activities.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive senior financial leadership background within multi-market, product-driven companies.
- Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions, ideally on the buy-side, managing the entire process from sourcing to integration.
- Strong commercial insight demonstrated by improving business outcomes beyond financial reporting.
- Experience in ERP implementations or significant systems upgrades.
- Confident board-level communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
