About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the financial strategy of the company and collaborate closely with the executive leadership on critical business decisions.
• Establish and expand a high-performing Finance department, ensuring effective reporting, meticulous planning, and strong internal controls.
• Enhance business outcomes by providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Lead and nurture the Finance team while optimizing systems, processes, and automation tools.
• Oversee interactions with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and other essential external parties.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 10 years of finance experience, with a solid foundation in a Big Four accounting firm.
• Background in high-growth technology, digital enterprises, or scale-up environments.
• Proficient in financial planning, reporting, and effective business partnering.
• Familiarity with European financial markets; experience with the US market is considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to build and scale finance teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
