Key Responsibilities

• Drive both equity and debt fundraising initiatives, focusing especially on debt, and establish strong connections with investors to fund rapid business expansion.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring excellence in financial operations, legal matters, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with company founders to devise strategic financial plans that support sustainable growth and maintain the organization's fiscal health.
• Manage investor relations by effectively communicating the company's progress and future plans to secure ongoing financial support.
• Oversee complex tax planning and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with external partners to ensure adherence to local regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years in senior financial leadership roles, with experience directing finance teams and executing successful financial strategies in high-growth, multi-regional businesses.
• Proficiency in fundraising, particularly adept at raising both equity and debt capital, with past involvement in $50 million or greater debt financing.
• Strong international business acumen, capable of managing taxation and regulatory challenges across borders efficiently.
• A visionary financial strategist who is equally adept at long-term planning and managing daily financial operations.
• Experienced in investor engagement, skilled in fostering investor confidence and securing capital for scaling purposes.
