Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the United States segment will be responsible for providing visionary and strategic leadership across LunarTech’s global operations. This full-time remote position involves defining and implementing the company’s business strategy within the U.S. market, supervising financial, sales, and operational activities, and ensuring alignment with the organizational AI deep-tech mission. The CEO will lead and develop high-performing teams, foster partnerships with enterprises, institutions, and investors, and represent LunarTech at public events, media platforms, and industry gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly assess financial and operational outcomes to inform business decisions.
- Guide product development and market expansion initiatives to stimulate revenue growth.
- Maintain a corporate culture that values innovation, accountability, and ethical AI practice.
- Collaborate with founders and global leadership to scale LunarTech’s market presence and influence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in finance and business planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing finances of growth-stage organizations.
- Strong background in operations management, capable of building scalable processes and ensuring efficient cross-functional execution.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, enterprise and B2B relationship management, and expanding market footprint.
- Advanced skills in strategic planning with experience in defining long-term visions and measurable objectives for complex growth plans.
- Significant executive leadership experience within technology or AI-driven firms, preferably including startups and scaling companies.
- Capability to operate effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed setup with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledgeable in AI, data science, or deep-tech products to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines; advanced degrees like an MBA are advantageous but optional.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership and inclusive management practices.
