Overview
This opportunity is for a senior leader who can set the overall direction of the business, steer growth, and convert strategy into measurable results. The role calls for someone who is both future-focused and highly execution-oriented, with ownership of company-wide performance and long-term value creation.
What you will do
- Shape, articulate, and champion the company’s mission, vision, and long-range plan.
- Lead initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, improve profitability, and open up new markets.
- Recruit, guide, and develop the executive team, including leaders across technology, product, sales, and other core functions.
- Own major strategic choices related to operations, partnerships, and capital deployment.
- Serve as a key face of the company for investors, board members, clients, and other external stakeholders.
- Drive fundraising activity, manage investor relationships, and oversee how capital is allocated.
- Keep all departments aligned around shared priorities and business objectives.
- Set the tone for company culture, values, and leadership standards.
- Track business health through performance indicators and ensure goals are delivered on time.
- Spot emerging opportunities that can strengthen innovation and competitive position.
What we are looking for
- At least 15 years of leadership experience, including work in executive positions.
- A strong history of growing a business, product line, or operating unit at scale.
- Well-rounded business judgment across product, technology, and market-facing functions.
- Hands-on experience with fundraising, investor communication, and board-level engagement.
- Proven capability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, judgement, and leadership abilities.
- Preferred background includes having served as a CEO or founder.
- Experience working in startup or other fast-growing environments is an advantage.
- Exposure to SaaS, AI/ML, or technology-led businesses is desirable.
- An MBA or an advanced degree in business or a technical field is a plus.
