Role overview
We are hiring a full-time, remote Vice President of Strategic Operations for L'Atelier Berge in the United States. This leadership role is focused on bringing everyday operations into line with the organization’s long-term objectives. The position is responsible for keeping core business functions running efficiently, supporting financial strength, and ensuring customers receive a reliable, high-quality experience.
What you will do
You will build and roll out strategic plans, lead cross-functional initiatives, review performance indicators, and improve workflows and the use of resources. In partnership with senior leadership, you will help manage budgets and P&L, surface growth opportunities, and champion ongoing improvement efforts. You will also guide operations teams, set clear performance expectations, and make sure internal processes support strong customer service and durable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in operations and project management, with the ability to run day-to-day activities, coordinate cross-team work, and streamline processes.
- Solid experience with P&L oversight and financial management to enable informed decisions and support profitable expansion.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, including creating and carrying out long-range plans that support business priorities.
- Exposure to customer service operations, with the capability to design processes that consistently deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Track record of leading varied teams in remote or distributed work settings.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills, with comfort using operational and financial data.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with executive leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a similar field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is considered an advantage.
- Prior senior-level experience in operations or strategy, ideally within a growth-focused or multi-location organization.
